Return and Refund Policy


Total Wellness provides a "Products Return Shopping Guarantee" (excluding the "Non-Returnable Products" specified below), ensuring you can shop with satisfaction.
After receiving the products, please check for any damage, incorrect items, or missing products. Please reply to the order confirmation email or contact us at +65 6841 6686 to request a product exchange, and we will provide further details on the exchange process.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if you’ve received a wrong or a damaged item.

  • Please take photo of the affected damaged product (The product should be unused) and email it, along with your Delivery Order, to us so we can investigate and review the issue before deciding to exchange the product at no cost, subject to availability. (Please keep the original copy of the Delivery Order)
  • For lost mail, we will contact local courier company to locate the delivery team, if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we will re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Condition:

(a) T-shift and pants (men’s and women’s) are not eligible for return or refund due to any size misplacement during purchase.
(b) Socks and underwear (men’s and women’s) are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene issues.
(c) If you change your mind after purchasing an item, we cannot provide refund or exchange services.

Refund (If Applicable)

Please email us at stating that you wish to return the delivered product. You will receive a response within 24 working hours.

The product should be unused, and the request should be made within 24 hours of delivery. We request that you pack it back in the same box it arrived in, we will contact you for the details regarding pickup and product exchange arrangements.
