Singapore Shipping

To track your orders & payment, logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • All orders will be shipped via courier service in Singapore.
  • Free Shipping for orders S$80 and above.
  • Order under S$80: A flat delivery fee of $4 will be charged.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery at the moment.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders within Singapore should expect to receive their orders within 3 to 5 working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Additional Notes:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
  • If you are not available during delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery. Additional fees may apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  • Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If any items are damaged or missing, notify us within 3 working days with photos/unboxing video for verification. 
  • Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, festive seasons, or sales periods.
  • Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and conditions. We will assist in tracking but are not liable for courier delays.

Malaysia Shipping

Special Delivery Timeline for Dr. Piten Knee Kick Power Up:

  • Estimated 5–14 working days depending on courier.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the parcel is dispatched.
  • For any delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in checking the shipment status.

Notes: Delivery to Malaysia may be affected by customs clearance or courier network limitations. Please allow for additional days during busy periods.

Packaging & Handling
  • Products are only packed when an order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • We strive to ensure all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Minor delays in packing may occur due to stock availability or high order volume. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

International Orders
  • We currently ship within Singapore and Malaysia only.
  • For international inquiries, please contact our support team via WhatsApp before placing your order.
