Shipping Policy

• To track your orders & payment, logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
• All orders will be shipped via courier service in Singapore.
• Free Shipping for orders S$30 and above. Order under S$30: A flat delivery fee of $4 will be charged.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery at the moment.
• Orders within Singapore should expect to receive their orders within 3 to 5 working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
• The products are only packed when the order is received. Sometimes this results in a delay in receiving the order. At this time, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
